The technological innovation is the vigorous source of enterprise＇ s vitality, and the culture is the ever impetus of technological innovation. From the three aspects, that is, the cultural conflicts and communications of technological innovation, the cultural exclusion and merging of technological innovation, and the integrated culture of technological innovation, this paper inquires into the cultural integration of technological innovation, and so clarifies the cultural connotation and promotes the development of the technological innovation.
