Nursing care of patients underwent brain SPECT perfusion imaging

目的:探讨放射性核素脑血流灌注显像的有效护理措施。方法:对58例行SPECT(单光子发射计算机断层)脑血流灌注显像的中枢神经系统病变患者进行整体护理、放射防护指导和健康教育。结果:患者均顺利完成检查,无1例因焦虑或恐惧拒绝检查,脑血流灌注显像阳性率为63.8%,其中脑外伤患者阳性率为52.2%。结论:密切观察病情,注意各项技术细节,做好检查前中后的观察和护理,是减少副作用、提高图像质量、保证诊断正确率的关键。

Objective： to explore the effective nursing measures in patients underwent brain SPECT perfusion imaging. Methods： 58 patients were given the holistic nursing combined with instructions about radiation protection and mental health education before and after their brain SPECT perfusion imaging. Resuhs： All patients finished brain SPECT perfusion imaging successfully and no one appeared any complications. Conclusion： Effective nursing measures pertinent to the cases are able to raise the quality of brain SPECT perfusion imaging and decrease the rate of complications.
