摘要
圆柱壳是一种实用的谐振式角速率传感器的谐振子,如何固定、封装该谐振子具有重要的实用意义.基于振子实际振动特性分析,采用有限元法,对其实际的支承结构进行了深入分析,得到了支承杆对其振动特性影响的有关规律.依减小支承杆弯曲振动对谐振子动力特性的影响,给出了谐振子有关参数的实用设计准则,得到了Ψ型振子最优的重要结论.
Cylindrical shell resonator is the sensing component of the resonant angular velocity sensor.And how to fix and package the above resonator is of significant actual value.On the basis of the analyses of the practical vibration feature of the resonator,this paper studies the actual supported structure of the cylindrical shell in detail by using finite element method,and provides some related results,that the vibration of the shell was affected by the supported rod.Furthermore,an important result that the Ψ type resonator is the best structure was given,based on reducing the disturbance which is induced by bending vibration of the supported rod.The results obtained here are of actual engineering value for developing resonant angular velocity sensor.
