东北亚地区的安全形势在总体保持较为稳定的前提下仍然存在着不稳定因素，并影响周边国家在政治、经济、外交、军事等方面政策的调整。建立东北亚地区的安全机制既是必要的，也是可行的。近年来的中韩合作，对建立东北亚安全机制有着重大的意义。

On the premise of maintaining an overall stability in Northeast Asia,instable elements still exist in the region,exerting an impact on the policy readjustments of peripheral countries in political,economic,diplomatic and military fields.The establishment of security mechanism in the region is both necessary and feasible.China-ROK cooperation in recent years is of great significance on the setting-up of security mechanism in Northeast Asian region.
