Construction of a harmonious world is the call and necessity of our times.It is a lofty aspiration of the human society after it experienced the calamity of the global wars,as opposed to a number of inharmonious phenomena now existing in the present-day world.It can be traced to the same origin of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence.
