College campus culture means the organic whole of college material culture, spiritual culture and regulation culture. In the course of fostering school spirit, college culture has the functions of demonstration and leadership in refining students＇ personality and nurturing their talents, in guaranteeing and promoting the development of campus spirit. Moreover, fine school spirit is based upon college culture, which serves as a base and an effective carrier of good school spirit. Greater emphasis upon cultivating campus culture in the new situation is of great importance in promoting school spirit.
