摘要
对处在高温下工作的发动机结构和核反应堆结构进行非弹性分析.以塑性力学增量理论为基础,采用Hsu-Bertel多项式函数的流动曲线,导出了热弹塑性蠕变应力分析的本构方程及相应的有限元列式;将热弹塑性蠕变有限元程序(TEPSAC)进行移植、修改;选取典型算例进行数值试验,与算例已有结果比较,符合良好。
Based on the incremental theory of plasticity,the constitutive epuations and the finite element formulations for thermo elastic plastic stress analysis with creep were derived.The transplant and modification of the finite element code TEPASC were made.Some selected typical examples were calculated,and a good agreement between the solutions and those existed were obtained.It shows that the correctness of the model and the reliability of the program were examined and verified.Combining with the damage program,it can also determine the low cycling fatigue life, and high cycling life as well.Through the slight modification,the program can also be used to solve the problems of thermo dynamical stress, thermo fracture mechanics and finite strain.
