摘要
应用动力学分析软件ADAMS,从汽车运动学出发,研究了SGA3550矿用汽车转向机构的优化设计。分析了最小传动角对汽车转向性能的影响及最小传动角与转向梯形底角、转向梯形臂长度的关系,建立了以转向过程中汽车外侧车轮实际转角与理想转角差值最小为目标函数的数学模型,并分析了转向梯形底角和梯形臂长度对目标函数的影响。最后,应用ADAMS软件完成了转向机构的优化设计。
ADAMS software is applied to design steering mechanism of SGA3550 truck based on kinematics. Firstly, the steering performance is analyzed when the minimum driving angle changes.The relation among the bottom angle of steering trapezoid and the length of trapezoid arm and the minimum driving angle is analyzed.Seeondly,a math model is established,and objective function is minimum error between theoretic steering angle and practical steering angle during steering, furthermore the relation on objective function and the bottom angle of steering trapezoid, the length of trapezoid arm are analyzed.At last,the optimization design for steering mechanism is completed.
