摘要
选用聚氯乙烯作为预绝缘端头绝缘套的主体材料,作者着重研究了复合改性剂对材料力学性能、热性能的影响。当复合冲击改性剂用量为12份时,材料的冲击强度达到最大值,其它力学和热性能降低不大。在此基础上,还对复合材料的电绝缘性能、燃烧性能和流变性能等作了进一步的试验。结果发现:这种PVC复合材料具有良好的综合性能,易于成型加工。
The effects of composite modifiers on the mechanical and thermal properties of PVC composite, which was used for crimping terminal of copper conductors,were emphatically studied. The results showed that the impact strength(notched) of the composite was maximum and the mechanical and thermal properties were less decreased, when the dosage of modifier was 12 PHR. In addition, electric properties, flammability test, heat stability and rehological behaviour of PVC composite were also investigated. It was found that the PVC composite had good comprehesive properties and processibility.
