摘要
有限差分法和有限元法用于注射成型充模过程数值模拟时,迭代过程和区域积分不可避免。本文通过对充模过程非线性压力控制方程的合理变换,将边界元方法引入充模过程的数值模拟,从而有效地避免复杂的迭代过程和区域积分。
It is inevitable to use certain iteration procedure and domain integration when finite difference method and finite element method are used to carry out the numerical simulation of injection mould filling process .In this paper, the nonlinear presure control eluation is transformed into Laplace equation, which is then solved by the boundary element method. All kind of iteration procedure and domain integration in the solution process are thus avoided.
