在社会公众观注劳动者合法权益受到侵害的同时,作为用人单位的合法劳动权益却长期被忽视,但目前的状况是许多用人单位自身劳动权益屡受侵害,对其合法权益保护的需求,正呈现日益强化的趋势。本文分析了用人单位合法劳动权益受到侵害的现状,探讨形成这种状况的原因,并提出若干应对之策。

While the public concerns the legal rights of employees, the legal labor right of employers has been long ignored. At present, the employers＇ labor right has been violated in many eases, and the need to protect it becomes increasingly strong. The paper analyzes the status quo of the violation of employers＇ labor right and its causes and then provides suggestion to solve the problem.
