基于DSP乙醇汽油调合付油控制器的设计

摘要 针对目前在油库付油控制中多为进口调合控制设备,控制系统造价高,中小油库难以承受的问题.在对非线性特性的电液阀控制研究的基础上,采用先进模糊控制算法,设计了基于DSP的乙醇汽油调合付油控制器.该控制器具有独立控制功能和方便的组网功能,且体积小造价低,适于在中小油库推广使用. There are more imported blending system used in the distributing oil control system in oil depot at present, because this cont:rol system costs high, middle and small oil depots cannot afford them. To dispose this problem, this paper adopt more advance fussy control algorithm, based on thorough research to control Electro-hydraulic valve which own nonlinear character, and have designed ethanol gasoline blending controller based on DSP. This controller possess independent control function and net function, also small volume and cost low, it is suitable for middle and small oil depots.
