摘要
用RM-200转矩流变仪对不同配方的硬质低发泡聚氯乙烯(PVC)的流变性能进行了分析.结果表明:PVC(S-700)比PVC(S-800)树脂的粘度小,流动性能好,容易塑化,热稳定性能好;随AC复合发泡剂用量增加,物料粘度下降,流动性提高,用量超过0.8份时,物料的粘度会提高;小份量的加工助剂ACR-201使PVC物料的塑化时间明显缩短,3份以上时,对塑化时间影响不明显;发泡调节剂ZB-530能够促进PVC塑化,提高熔体的强度;成核剂CaCO3小于5份时,能降低熔体粘度改善塑化行为,超过5份时,熔体粘度随份量增加而增大,塑化时间增长,不利于塑化.
The RM-200 torque-rheometer was used to study the rheological properties of the rigid low - foamed poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) in this paper. The results illustrate the PVC(S-700) is easy to be plasticized, compared with PVC (S-800). The viscosity of PVC decreases and the liquidity increases with the addition of the AC blowing agent increasing. The viscosity will increase when the addition is more than 0. 8 phr. The fusion time of PVC will be shortened obviously with a small amount ACR-201 added, and the effect would be weakened when the addition of ACR-201 is more than 3 phr. The ZB-530 can improve the fusion and increase the strength of melt PVC. It could also promote the fusing and enhance the strength of melt PVC. The viscosity will decrease and the fusing of PVC improve when the content of CaCO3 is lower than 5 phr, while they have an opposite influence when the content is higher than 5 phr.
