The Application and Research of 3-D Standard P-Lib of the Die CAD Based on CATIA

通过研究CATIA系统的数据组织结构、产品设计思想以及相关应用模块,利用CATIA的二次开发工具CAA及VC软件,建立了全面的冲切模具CAD三维标准件库,并结合轿车上横梁加强板的冲切模具CAD设计实例,对标准件库的功能及使用方法进行了说明.研究成果对制造业特别是汽车、航空、船舶的冲压模具的CAD/CAM/CAE具有参考价值.

Through further researching the data institutional framework of CATIA system, design philosophy of the products and using the module relevantly, on the basis of further researching the cutting model＇ s design process and concrete working content, utilizing the developped instrument CAA of CATIA and VC software, the 3-D standard component storehouse of overall cutting die CAD is found. The function and operation method of standard component storehouse is illuminated by the design of crossbeam strengthen cutting die CAD of the navigate synthetically console. The research results have important reference value to CAD/CAM/CAE in the die of manufacturing industry especially automobile, aviation, shipping.
