摘要
采用环境舱模拟室内微环境,以大芯板作为研究对象,探讨空气交换率、相对湿度、温度等因素对室内甲醛释放的影响,得出室内甲醛释放规律。研究成果对预测室内甲醛浓度,建立室内甲醛释放模型,以及减少甲醛危害等有重要意义。
The release of formaldehyde from wood-based boards was studied in a small environmental chamber (0. 1 m^3 ). The effects of temperature, relative humidity and air exchange rate on the emission of formaldehyde were determined. The formaldehyde concentration increased with increasing temperature (20, 25, 30, 35℃), increasing humidly (45%, 60% and 80% RH) and decreasing air exchange rate (0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 10/h). The study results are useful for forecasting indoor formaldehyde concentration, developing valid formaldehyde emission models and minimizing adverse effects of high formaldehyde release of newly finished houses.
