回顾我国建设工程质量监督法规形成的过程及对保证建设工程质量的重要意义。指出石化建设工程企业必须依法接受监管。

The form process of our nation laws of construction project quality intendance and the important meaning of the pledge on construction project quality were reviewed. It was pointed out that the petrochemical construction project enterprise must accept intendance by law.
