摘要
针对1 000 MW超超临界机组锅炉内螺纹管垂直管屏水冷壁变压运行特性进行了理论分析。重点分析了低质量流速下的水冷壁热偏差对流量偏差的影响关系和内螺纹管传热特性以及直流锅炉水冷壁强制流动特性被自然循环特性部分低偿的流动特性。
Went along a theory analysis for the operation characteristics of 1 000 MW Ultrasupercritical boilers with vertical rifled tube platen water wall, especially went along the analysis for the influence of water wall thermal deviation on flow deviation, the heat transfer characteristic of rifled pipe and the flow characteristics of a strait boiler where the force-flow in the water wall is partly canceled out by natural circle when the flow rate is low.
