摘要
对国内运行中的300 MW及其以上机组的启动方式及汽轮机旁路系统的使用现状进行了详细介绍。根据锅炉启动过程中各个部件管内工质、管外烟气及汽包所遵循的流动传热方程,开发了控制循环与自然循环锅炉启动过程模拟程序。经过对计算结果与实际启动曲线的比较,该程序能够较好地计算锅炉启动特性,并对启动过程进行优化。
Describes the start-up procedure and application results of turbine bypass-system for 300 MW and above thermal power unit now operated in China in detail. A computer program is developed to simulate the start-up behavior of controlled-circulation and natural-circulation boilers on the basis of mass, momentum, and energy equations. It is shown that there is a good agreement between measured and predicted data. The program can also be applied to acquire the optimizing start-up curves.
