摘要
介绍了在超临界流体中进行酶催化反应的优越性及一些研究成果，如酶在超临界流体中的稳定性及其影响因素。
The research achievements, such as enzyme stability in supercritical fluids and its factors of influence, and the advantages of enzymatic reactions in suppercritical fluids are decribed. Comparison is made between enzymatic catalysis in supercritical fluids and in organic solvents.
