摘要在3GPP发布的端到端包交换流服务(PSS)的最新版本第六版中新增了传输码率适配这一特性。本文介绍了UMTS系统中移动流媒体业务的系统结构以及RTP、RTCP、RTSP等传输协议,并详细阐述了3GPP PSS规范中的移动流媒体传输码率适配的技术原理。
