癫痫患者BVRT、SDS临床检查应用的初步评估

PRELIMINARY EVALUATION OF BVRT AND SDS IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF EPILEPSY

对７４例癫痫患者进行视觉保持测验（ＢＶＲＴ），忧郁自评量表（ＳＤＳ）心理测验。结果ＢＶＲＴ异常率为６３．３％，ＳＤＳ异常率为３２．８％。ＢＶＲＴ及ＳＤＳ与正常对照组比较有极显著性差异；与在同组癫痫病人的ＣＴ及ＥＥＧ等检查的配对比较则无显著性差异，提示ＢＶＲＴ在癫痫的诊断中可提供评估价值。

cases of epileptic were examined by benton visnal retention test(BVRT),self-ratingdepression scale(SDS),head computed tomography and electroencephalogram. Result:the abnor-mal rate of BVRT was 63.3%and that of SDS was 32.8%.Both rates were markedly differentfrom those of the normal group,but there were not much differences as compared with CT andEEG taken in the same epileptic group.The results show that BVRT is a useful fool in the clinicaldiagnosis of epilepsy.
