摘要
观察螺旋藻对运动大鼠红细胞血红蛋白(Hb)浓度、红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶和红细胞渗透脆性的影响。结果表明:螺旋藻可提高红细胞Hb浓度、提高膜Na+、K+-ATP酶活性、降低红细胞渗透脆性。提示其有抗运动性贫血的作用。
This article reported the effects of spirulina on the hemoglobin concentration,Na+、K+-ATPase activity of the erythrocyte membrane and the osmotic fragility of red blood cells atrest and during exercise,The results showed that spiruiina increased remarkably the Hb concen- tration and the Na+、K+-ATPase activity during exercise,and at the same time reduced the os-motic fragility of red blood cells
