Rural Advanced Quality Education Should Fully Display Three Functions of Party Organization ——With Guoqing Village,Cicheng Town as an Example

农村先进性教育应围绕建设社会主义新农村的主题,加强农村基层组织,提高党员意识,带动农村发展,本文结合慈城镇国庆村先进性教育工作的实际,提出在农村先进性教育过程中,充分发挥农村党组织的三大功能,夯实组织基础,提高党员素质,服务农村群众,具有较强的示范作用和现实意义。

The rural advanced quality education should focus on the theme of constructing the socialist new village, strengthen the basic rural organization, enhance the Party memberg awareness and lead the rural area for the development. This paper, based on the work of advanced quality education in Guoqing Village, Cicheng Town, proposes that during the education we should fully display the three functions of the rural Party organization, consolidate the organizational foundation, improve the quality of the Party members and serve the rural masses, which is of strong exemplary role and practical significance.
