摘要
采用有限差分法求解二维流动的控制方程,计算出二维流场的径向混合、速度分布及停留时间分布,从理论上阐明了消除死角的方法。对挡板倾斜角、相邻两挡板的间距及开孔率的最优化进行了具体讨论。
The governing equations for two-dimensional flow are solved by finite difference method with working out the radial mixing, velocity field and residence time distribution by CAD. Further investigation on the elimination of dead zones was also discussed. And the optimization of such parameters as the inclination angle of baffles,the distance between two baffles and the ratio of void area were considered in detail in this article.
