摘要
利用BET、XRD、H_2-TPR、O_2-TPD-MS等测试手段,并结合化学分析方法,研究了焙烧温度对V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂结构和性能的影响.同时探讨了V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂上较适合于甲苯气相选择氧化的氧浓度和空速.结果表明,催化剂在773K活化,氧浓度7%,空速14,000h^(-1)时效果较好.
The effect of calcination temperature on the structure and property of V2O5/TiO2 catalysts are studied by physicochemical methods, such as BET, XRD, H2-TPR and O2-TPD-MS, together with chemical analysis of catalysts. Simultaneously, suitable O2 content and space velocity for vapor phase selective oxidation of toluene are investigated. It shows that the best conditions for this reaction are 773 K of calcination temperature. 7% O2content and 14, 000 h-1 of space velocity.
