摘要
比较3组起病年龄不同的胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)病人(A组≤14岁,B组15~30岁,C组≥31岁)其HLA-DQA1链52位精氨酸(Arg)与IDDM易感性之间的关系。结果显示,A组HLA-DQA1链52位Arg(+)等位基因频率为87.5%,明显高于对照组(53.9%,P<0.05,RR=5.98)及B组和C组(P<0.05);A组HLA-DQA1链52Arg(+)/Arg(+)表现型的频率为75%,明显高于C组(23.1%,P<0.05)。本文提示:HLA-DQA1链52位Arg与IDDM易感性之间的关系存在着起病年龄相关的异质性,有必要进一步研究以阐明IDDM的免疫遗传学本质。
0 cases of cerebrovasular morphology in acute stage of cerebral infarction were observed by MRA.63 cases (78.8%)were abnormal and could be divided into four types:①total occlusion;②partial occlusion;③sparse image and slow blood flow;④diffuse blood vessels tenuity and rigidity.Type ① and type ② were the commonest,account for 42.0% and 30.2% respectively.The size of the lesion was correlative to the degree of occlusion.MRA was done again in 18 cases after therapy for 21 ̄28 days.In 9 cases of type ①,5 of massive cerebral infarction with total occlusion revealed recirculation and bleeding lesions.The other 4 cases did not show any changes in vessel figures but had lateral circulation and the lesions become smaller.Application of vasodilators may promote the establishment of lateral circulation for non massive cerebral infarction and then be helpful to improve the blood supply of the lesion.
