New Thoughts on Urban Electric Power Planning——Discussion on the Method for Planning of Integrated Resources

Comprehensive consideration is given to various resources in planning of the Integrated resources. By efficient, economic and proper utilization of the resources on the supply side and the demand side, it is possible to minimize the social total cost of the whole planning system under the condition that the energy service level remains unchanged. The planning of integrated resources is an effective means to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of power, increase the energy utilization rate, optimize the resource allocation and promote the environmental protection, which can facilitate the social and economic sustainable development.
