The Open Universitv of Hong Kong regards the good learning materials and the students learning supports as the core of distance education. This article is based on the introduction of open and distance learning materials of The Open University of Hong Kong. It analyzes and compares open and distance learning material＇s characteristic; wishes to provide some help to our open and distance learning material＇s design.
