摘要
建立了ＧＣ／ＭＳ同时测定尿中吗啡和可待因含量的分析方法。线性范围为２０—１０００ｎｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９７）；方法回收率是：吗啡８６．８±７．９％，可待因８４．７±７．０％。天内测定ＲＳＤ＜１０％，天间测定ＲＳＤ＜１５％。该法已用于生物样品中吗啡和可待因的测定。
The analytical method has been developed to assay morphine and codeine in humanurine by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry. The linear range of the method was 20--1000ng/ml and the mean recoveries are 86. 8 ± 7. 9% (n = 6) for morphine, 84. 7 1 ±7. 0% (n = 6 ) for codeine.The relative standard deviation of intra and inter assay was less than 10% and 15% respectively.The method had been used to assay morphine and codeine in human urine and other biologicalsamples.
