体力活动对小白鼠大脑皮质躯体感觉区与尾壳核神经元形态学的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Physical Activity on the Morphology of Neurons in Somatesthetic Area of. Cerebral Cortex and in Cauda-Putamen Nucleus of Mice

摘要 18~20日龄昆明种雄性同源小鼠,经配对,随机分配于运动组与对照组,运动组小鼠进行体力活动。对两组小鼠大脑组织进行制片,光学显微镜观察。结果表明,体力活动能促进小白鼠大脑皮质感觉区Ⅴ层大锥体细胞核仁增大、Ⅵ层中等锥体细胞和尾壳核中等星形细胞树突棘增多。 In the study, white male mice of Kunming strain at 18-20 postnatal days was divided randomly into training and control groups. Four and five pairs of mice were used in the first and second experiments respectively. In the first experiment the cerebrum of mice were excised for Nissl method to survey the size of neurons with light microscope. In the second experiment the cerebrum of mice were excised for rapid Golgi method to coute the dendritic spines of neurons with light microscope. The results show that in the training mice, the nucleoli of the large pyramidal cells in layer V in somatesthetic area of cerebral cortex of training mice enlarge (17.4%, p<0.001), the dendritic spines of the medium-sized pyramidal cells in layer VI in somatesthetic area of cerebral cortex increase (apical dendritic spines 16.3%, basal dendritic spines 16.7%, p<0.001) and so do the dendritic spines of medium-sized stellate cells in the cauda-putamen nucleus (10.8%, p<0.001). These experiments prove that physical activity can cause the morphological change of the cerebral neuron of growing white mice.
