摘要
使用自编的《生涯发展与职业生涯规划》教材和国家规划教材《职业道德与就业指导》对中职生进行课程实验,发现在帮助中职学生提高自我概念、确立生活的意义和目标、进行生涯规划、提高搜集职业资料的能力、激发其学习兴趣和完成课程目标等方面,前者比后者具有更为显著的效果;验证了《生涯发展与职业生涯规划》课程适合大陆中职生。
The analysis has proven that our self-edited "Career Development and Career Plan" is superior to "Profession Morality and Employment Consultation" so far as to help the students enhance their self-dignity and self-respect, form their self-concept, establish their own life goals and ideals, and avail to necessary sources are concerned. This experimental conclusion indicated "the Career Development and Career Plan" suited for the secondary vocational school students.
