摘要
营销培训在个人寿险营销工作中发挥了非常重要的作用,我国寿险市场仍处于发展的初级阶段,必须高度重视教育培训工作。针对我国个人寿险教育培训现状,要满足个人寿险营销培训的需要,一是要建立领先的教育培训理念;二是要建立科学的培训组织架构和系统的营销培训管理制度;三是要建立科学的、符合市场需求的课程体系;四是要建立高效的培训执行体系;五是要建立以绩效为导向的培训评价体系;六是要建立与公司内部培训资源合理分工的外部培训市场。
Agent force training plays an important role in the distribution of individual insurance products. Since China's life insurance market is at its initial stage of development, we must attach more importance to agent force training. In light of the actual situation of agent force training in China, firstly we must establish advanced training concepts ; secondly we should establish a scientific training framework and a systemic training management system; thirdly, we must establish a scientific and market-based training syllabus; fourtly, we must establish a highly efficient implementation system; fifthly, we must establish a performance-based training appraisal system; and sixthly, we must establish a rational division of job between internal training resources and external training market.
