摘要
目前我国饭店在运作管理层收购(MBO)中出现的很多问题,本文具体分析了当前的现状和导致失败的各种因素,并根据MBO运作的流程图,有针对性地提出了几点思考。
At present there axe many questions during the state - owned hotels have applied Management Buy-out （MBO） in our country. The article analyzes detailedly the status quo and diversified factors which caused failure, then brings forward some conside-rations according to the flow chart of MBO application in the state- owned hotels.
