摘要
中国文化产业发展面临着政策和观念两大窒碍因素。中国文化产业政策重于规范文化市场而支持产业发展无力,其结构性矛盾和体制性障碍依然突出,并且与国际市场化的文化产业规则接轨力度不够;中国文化产业的发展观念注重道德的教化和意义的追寻,文化产品缺乏大众追求的娱乐性、消遣性,从而影响了文化产品市场的扩大。
In this paper, we hold that there are two obstacles that block the development of Chinese culture industry. The policy for Chinese culture industry emphasizes the standardization of culture market, but has little help in supporting the development of the industry. There still exist some structural antinomies and constitutional constraints. It' s not easy to join the international cul- ture industry market. Chinese culture industry focuses on the cultivation of morality and the pursuit of meaning, neglecting the entertainment function of cultural products, which, as a result, hampers the market expansion for cultural products.
