韶关地区鸡白痢沙门氏菌的分离鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 对韶关郊区某些鸡场送检的病鸡进行病理剖检及细菌分离鉴定,确定送检病例30%由鸡白痢沙门氏菌引起,其发病日龄为4—120.从病鸡的心、肝、肠组织等均分离到该菌.药敏试验显示该菌株对呋喃妥因、头孢噻肟和阿米卡星高度敏感.试验结果表明:韶关地区肉仔鸡群鸡白痢沙门氏菌的感染率很高,并已成为严重危害当地养鸡业的重要疾病之一. Diseased chicken collected in the Shaoguah suburban district chicken house were examined, isohtion and identification. S. pullorura infection made up 30% of all cases. The investigation showed that S, puUomm infection was the main cause respomible for death of chicken with 4 to 120 day - old. S. pullorum were isolated easily from heart, liver, intestines of diseased chicken. In drug semitivity test, this bacteria were highly susceptible to Nitrofurantoin Cefotaxime and Amikacin. The result suggests that S. pullorura was one of main reasom that caused chicken to death.
