摘要
培养和造就大批具有创新意识和创新能力的高素质人才,是我国当前教育改革中亟待解决的问题.从创新的内涵出发,分析创新人才培养的必要性,从哲学角度探讨了培养的途径和方法,旨在为体育创新人才的培养提供参考.
The major issue that the reform of education in 21st century involves is how to develop talents with the selfconsciousness and the competence of creation. This paper sets out to illustrate the necessity of developing creative talents by analyzing the concept of creativeness, and proposes on the methods and modes of developing creative PE talents from the perspective of philosophy. It aims at providing theoretical guideline for developing creative PE talents.
