摘要
目的探索新生儿溶血病中FcγRa(CD32)与IgG抗体亚型的免疫相关性。方法采用PCR法检测样本中FcγRa的表达,常规ELISA法定量分析血清中IgG各亚型。结果患儿母亲及患儿体内H/H131的频率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),H/R131的频率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。患儿母亲表现为H/R131的血清中IgG1和IgG3的含量均显著高于H/H131(P<0.05)。结论新生儿溶血病中母亲H/R131的表现型与血清中IgG1和IgG3的含量有一定相关性。
Objective To search the immunity correlation of IgG isoforms and FcγR Ⅱ a(CD32) in the haemolytic disease of newborn. Methods PCR-SSP was used to test the expression of FcγR Ⅱ a(CD32), ELISA was used to determine the concentration of IgG isoforms in sera. Results The frequency of H/H131 in ill-infant mother was lower than that in controls(P〈0.05), while the frequency of H/R131 was higher than that in controls(P〈0.05). The concentration of IgG1 and IgG3 were higher in ill-infant mother whose expression were H/R131 than that in those whose expression were H/H131 (P〈0. 05). Conclusion It suggested that the expression of H/R131 and concentration of IgG1 and IgG3 in mother's sera have some relationship with the haemolytic disease of newborn.
