摘要 控制氮氧化物(NOx)排放主要措施有2种低NOx燃烧和烟气脱硝。文章分别介绍了低NOx燃烧技术和烟气脱硝技术的主要方法和技术特点。重点阐述了选择性催化还原法(SCR)的原理、流程及主要影响因素,以及催化剂和还原剂的选择与性能比较。另外,对SCR、选择性非催化还原(SNCR)、SNCR/SCR混合法技术进行了比较。最后简单介绍了大唐环境科技工程有限公司烟气脱硝的技术定位和山西阳城脱硝项目的情况。 There are two kinds of main measures for controlling the emission of nitrogen oxide(NOx):low NOx combustion and flue gas denitration.The paper briefs separately the main methods and technical features of low NOx combustion technology and flue gas denitration technology;emphatically expounds the principle,process and mare influential factors of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)method, as well as the selection and performance comparison of catalyzer and reducing agent.In addition, the paper also conducts the comparison of SCR,selective non - catalytic reduction(SNCR)and SNCR/SCR mixed method technologies.Finally,the paper gives a simple introduction to the technical orientation of flue gas denitration of Datang Environment Technology Engineering Corporation Ltd. and the denitration project status of shanxi Yangcheng Power Plant.
