脱硫装置运行成本中,电费占80%以上,是运行费用中最大的一项。文章围绕降低脱硫系统运行电耗,开展了一系列试验研究,制定了经济运行方案,同时,结合热电分公司脱硫装置运行实践,提出了优化系统设计及加强运行管理的建议。

In the operation cost of flue gas desulfurization（FGD） facilities,electricity cost accounts for more than 80% ,behag the largest item in the operation cost. The paper centreing on the reduction of operation electricity consumption of FGD system,launches a series of testings and researches,works out the economic operation scheme, and meanwhile, combining with the operation practice of FGD facilities in Beijing Co - generation Branch company,puts forward the suggestions on optimizing system design and strengthenhag operation management.
