摘要
分别对室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)和高温硫化硅橡胶(HTV)的运行特性进行了试验分析,认为因老化而引起的憎水性下降、机械强度下降、积污性能下降以及材料劣化均影响着其长期工作的可靠性,需改进并完善配方,以满足运行对其要求。最后对硅橡胶材料的老化试验方法进行了讨论。
The operation properties of room temperature vulcanized silicon rubber （RTV） and the high temperature vulcanized silicon rubber of （HTV） were tested and analyzed. It is pointed out that the decreases of anti - water property, mechanical strength, amass pollution performance and material deterioration caused by ageing are affected on the long - term reliability, and it needs to improve and perfect the prescription in order to satisfy the operation requirements. The method of ageing tests of silicon rubber material is discussed.
