摘要
文章对珠海发电厂烟气脱硫工程钢结构连接设计、吸收塔进口烟道C276合金材料、湿式球磨机设备国产化及烟囱钢内筒防腐工艺选择等问题进行分析探讨,并提出设计优化方案。如可以考虑吊装钢结构时用普通螺栓连接,开孔数量取原来设计的二分之一,吊装就位并连成框架后,立即找正焊接。吸收塔入口烟道材料若改用国产不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti材料,加上防腐处理,完全可以满足设计运行及寿命要求,湿式球磨机也可实现国产化。通过脱硫国产化和设计优化将有助于降低脱硫设施建造和运行成本。
The paper analyzed and approached The design of steel structure' s connection,C276 alloy material of inlet flue of absorber tower,The domesticafi on of wet type ball mill equip ment and the anti corrosion technology selection of chimney' s tuner steel tube etc, problems of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) project in Zhtthai Power Plant,and put forward the opttmization scheme of design, such as : to adopt the ordinary bolt conneetion when hoisting the steel struetures, the holing quantify was taken to be the half of the original design,to align and weld immediately after the steel structure was hoisted to place and eonneeted to be frame work.If the homemade stainless steel 1 Cr 18 Ni 9 Ti was employed for the inlet flue of absorber tower and the appropriate antieorrosion treat ment was taken, these measures cold completely satisfied the designed operation and life requirement, Wet type ball mill could be domestieated too., The domestication and design optimization of FGD equipment wonld help to reduce the cost of capri construetion and operation of FGD project.
