国产100MW机组的节能技术改造

摘要 大唐珲春发电有限责任公司2台100MW机组投运初期设备能耗普遍偏高。通过对汽轮机高低压缸通流部分、凝汽器、锅炉空气预热器密封、锅炉尾部加装低压省煤器、泵与风机等一系列技术改造后,主设备能耗和辅机电耗都有明显下降。现机组的各项运行经济指标均排在国内100MW机组的前列,获得了显著的经济效益。 Because of the backward unit design technobgy and unreasonable type selecting of subsidiary motors in initial stage of putting into operation, the power consumption of main equipments was higher generally for two 100 MW units in Datang Huiehun Power Generation Co.. Through a series of technical retrofit such as high and bw pressure cylinder of steam turbine, condenser, booer air pre - heater, bw pressure economizer, pump and fan, the power consumption of main equipments and subsidiary motors was decreased obviously. At present, every operating and economic index of the unit is good and to be ranked at the front of the domestic units of 100 MW, which has gotten notable economic benefits.
