摘要
目的建立盐酸安非他酮缓释片的含量测定方法并测定其释放度。方法采用紫外．可见分光光度法测定盐酸安非他酮缓释片的含量及释放度，测定波长为251nm。结果线性范围在4．895—16．316μg·ml^-1，r=0．9999；盐酸安非他酮缓释片的平均回收率为99．4％，RSD为0．69％。结论本法简便、准确、结果满意。
AIM To develop a method for the assay and releasing of amfebutamone hydrochloride extended release tablets. METHODS UV-speetrophotometric method was performed at 251 nm. RESULTS The linear relationship equation is C （μg· ml^- 1 ） = - 3.82 × 10^ - 3 ＋ 4.31 × 10^ - 2 A with the ranger of 4.895 - 16.316μg· ml^- 1, r = 0.9998. The average recovery is 99.4 %, RSD = 0.69 （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, accurate and the results of experiment satisfactory.
