试论我国教育经费问题的症结与对策

The Problem and Counter-measure far the outly of China'on Education

教育经费是发展教育事业和提高教育质量的重要物质保证。对教育经费中存在的问题进行了分析,指出我国财政性教育经费投入不足、结构不合理以及各地区间存在着巨大差异是我国教育经费问题的症结所在。并从增加我国财政性教育经费的投入、多渠道筹措教育经费和提高教育经费的使用效益等方面探讨了解决诸问题的对策。

Education outlay can guarantee the development of education and improveits quality. This paper analyzed the problem of education outlay and its crux. The authors pointed out that the national finance＇ s outlay on education was insufficient, its structure is irrational and its regional difference was huge. And this paper gave some solutions to the problem ： to increase national finance education outlay puts ,to raise more education funds and enhance its efficiency.
