在高校中辅导员工作的繁琐、不规律的生活方式、缺乏身份认同感和体制问题导致其职业困惑、精神疲劳和情绪衰竭。经调查发现,不少辅导员对工作缺乏热情,对事业和前途感到迷茫,他们已经成了高校中最郁闷的一族。这一情况如果得不到改善,他们很可能将以厌烦的心情对待生活、以消极的方式对待工作、以冷漠的态度对待学生,辅导员的天职———做好学生的思想工作、为学生生活服务也将难以为继。

Many instructors in colleges and universities are drained by tedious work and irregular working time. Their values are not always recognized by students and society. The author founol that some few instructors were lack of working passion and worried about their job security. For this negative attitude maybe damage their works and health, and students, we should take effective measures to improve their professional emotion.
