从错那县卫生人员现状谈全地区县乡村三级卫生人才队伍建设问题

Discussion on the Construction of the Health Talent at County,Township and Village Levels from the Situation of Health Staff in Cuona County

通过对错那县与全地区农牧区卫生人员调查、统计和比较,分析本地区县乡村三级卫生人才队伍现状,为加强农牧区卫生人才队伍建设提供科学依据。对错那县1镇5乡14个行政村卫生工作人员与工作等情况进行实地调查,对全地区12县83个乡镇办事处进行问卷调查。结果:县乡村三级卫生人才严重不足,其中县级医疗机构缺编24.67%,乡级医疗机构缺编63.72%。卫生人才学历偏低,农牧区卫生服务能力低下。

Objectives Through investigating and comparing the health staff in Cuona county and farming and animal husbandry areas in Shannan prefecture,to analyze the situation of health talent at county,township and village levels and to supply some references for strengthening the construction of health talent in farminE and animal husbandry areas. Methods Weinvestigated 6 townships and 14 villages about health staff and their work in Cuona county and also investigated 12 counties and 18 governmental organizations at township level with the questionnaires. Conclusions The health talent at county, township and village levels was seriously short .Among of them, the proportions of shortage of health talents at county and township levels reached 24.67% and 63.72% ,respectively. The educational levels of the health talents were lower and the capacity of health service was lower in farminE and animal husbandry areas.
