冠状动脉腔内β-照射后局部组织的(MMP2)的表达

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉球囊扩张后腔内β-照射对MMP2的表达。材料与方法应用酶谱检测对照组和照射组冠状动脉局部组织中MMP2水平。用计算机辅助组织形态学测量仪进行测量。结果照射组冠状动脉LAD和LCX局部组织中MMP2的水平较对照组冠状动脉LAD和LCX下降30%。照射组血管腔面积为LAD3.98±0.79mm2和LCX4.108±0.59mm2,对照组则分别为LAD2.54±0.61mm2和LCX3.01±0.55mm2(P<0.05)。新生内膜面积照射组为LAD1.21±0.27mm2和LCX1.19±0.23mm2,对照组为LAD1.67±0.18mm2和LCX1.73±0.14mm2(P<0.01)结论猪的冠状动脉球囊扩张后,经腔内β—照射可抑制局部组织中MMP2的表达。 Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) of tissue of coronary after intracoronary β-radiation.Methods Using SDS-PAGE Zymography and computer-assisted histornorphometry.Results Our found the group of intracomnary β-radiation decreases to 30% than that of control group. Luminal area was 3.98± 0.79 mm^2(20 Gy) and 4.08± 0.59 mm^2(15 Gy) compared to 2.54 ± 0.61 mm^2 and 3.01 ± 0.55 mm^2 in the controls (P 〈0.05). Neointimal area was 1.21 ±0.2 expression of MMP2 7 mm^2(20 Gy) and 1.19± 0.23 mm^2(15 Cy) compared to 1.67± 0.18 mm^2 and 1.73±0.14 mm^2 in the eontrolssion of MMP2. Conclusion Intraeomnary β-radiafion significantly increased lumen size and inhibited neointima formation and inhibited expression of MMP2 in balloon-injured coronary arteries 28 days after the interventional procedure.
