摘要
目的通过对转移性乳腺癌中sFas浓度水平与MMP2、MMP9表达的相关性分析,探讨sFas作为乳腺癌转移标志物的可行性。方法通过免疫组化SP法和ELISA方法分别检测MMP2、MMP9及sFas在乳腺癌中阳性表达情况及浓度水平,进而对其在淋巴结转移乳腺癌MMP2、MMP9的表达和sFas浓度变化之间的关系进行相关性分析。结果①淋巴结(+)、淋巴结(-)间sFas浓度水平比较χ2=8.125,P<0.05结果差异;淋巴结(+)MMP2、MMP9(+)、(-)间sFas浓度水平比较χ2=8.598,P<0.05,结果有差异;MMP2(+)或/和MMP9(+)与MMP2(-)和MMP9(-)间比较χ2=13.114(P<0.01)结果呈显著性差异;②MMP2或/和MMP9阳性组中sFas阳性率为96%(39/41);MMP2和MMP9阴性组中sFas阳性表达率26.3%(4/14)。差异具有显著性(χ2=17.72,P<0.01),二者呈显著正相关(r=0.89,P<0.001)。③淋巴结阳性中sFas的阳性表达为100%;淋巴结阴性中sFas的表达为42.1%(8/19)。结论sFas的浓度表达MMP2、MMP9的阳性表达密切相关,检测sFas的浓度变化可用于判断乳腺癌的转移和复发,并可作为判断其恶性表型的辅助指标。
Objective Through the relativity analysis on the sFas concentration level of transitive breast cancer and MMP-2, MMP-9 expression,disouss the sFas's feasibility as symbol of breast cancer metastasis.Methods Test the positive expression status and concentrations of MMP-2.MMP-9 and sFasin the breast cancer separately with immunity groups S-P technique and ELISA to carry out further relativity analysis on the relationship between MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions in lymph node transferred breast cancer and the sFas concentration level. Results ①the comparison of sFas concentration levels in lymph node( + ), Lymph node( - ) X^2 = 8. 125, P 〈 0.05 with different results; the comparison of sFas concentration levels in lymph node( + ), MMP-2,MMP-9( + ), ( - ) X^2 = 8. 598, P 〈 0.05 with different results; comparison between MMP-2( + )or/and MMP-9( + )with MMP-2( - )and MMP-9( - ) X^2= 13. 114(P 〈 0.01)with obviously different results; ②sFas positive rate in MMP-2or/and MMP-9 positive group is 96%(39/ 41) ; sFas positive expression rate in MMP-2 and MMP-9 negative group is 26.3% (4/14). With significant differences ( X^2 = 17.72, P 〈 0.01 ), the two are obviously relevant positively( r = 0.89, P 〈 0.001). ③sFas positive expression rate in positive lymph node ks 100% ; sFas negative expression rate in positive lymph node is 42.1% (8/19). Conclusion The concentration expression of sFas is related closely with the positive expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9. Test on the concentration variation of sFas can be used to judge the transferring and relapse of breast cancer as well as an auxiliary index for judging the malignant phenotype.
