摘要
目的用四氯化碳致大鼠慢性肝损伤,研究rhKPI/AβPP对大鼠肝损伤保护作用。方法采用四氯化碳(CCL4)建立大鼠慢性肝损伤和肝纤维化模型,设rhKPI/AβPP高、中、小剂量组并与促肝细胞生长素组作对照。观察大鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、白蛋白(ALB)、白球蛋白比(A/G)、γ谷氨酰转肽酶(γGT)、胆红素(TBIL)、唾液酸(SA)、肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)及肝脏组织病理改变。结果rhKPI/AβPP可显著降低大鼠血清ALT、AST的活性及肝组织Hyp含量,抑制ALB和(A/G)比值的降低,减轻肝组织病理损伤程度。结论rhKPI/AβPP对实验性慢性肝损伤具有保护作用和抗纤维化作用。
Objective This study was carried out to investigate the protective effect of rhKPI/AβPP on carbon tetrachloride-induced chronic hver injury in rats. Methods The rat liver injury and fibrosis model was produced by carbon tetrachloride.The rhKPI/ AβPP was given intraperitoneally at doses of 3,6,12 mg·kg^-1 a CCL4nd compared with Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors(HGF) .The levels of hydroxyproline and serum enzyme activitis were measured, the change of hepatic histology was observed. Results rhKPI/AβPPcan significantly decresse the activities of ALT, AST and the content of Hyp, and ihhibit the decreasing of ALB , A/G and hepatic fibrosis. Conclusion rhKPI/AβPP has protective effects on experimental, liver injury and and inhibit in rats.
