摘要
目的筛选出灵敏、稳定、易操作的尿草酸比色测量法。方法分别用变色酸比色法、铬酸钾氧化甲基红催化光度法和锆一偶氮胂Ⅲ络合物比色法测定尿草酸,通过重复性实验和回收性实验,比较它们的特异性和稳定性差异。结果铬酸钾氧化甲基红催化光度法和锆一偶氮胂Ⅲ络合物比色法优于变色酸比色法。结论铬酸钾氧化甲基红催化光度法和锆一偶氮胂Ⅲ络合物比色法能较精确的测定尿中草酸含量,前者特异性较高,后者稳定性较高。
Objective To choice an accurate and reliable method to measure the urinary content of oxalate within three colorimetries.Metheds The urinary content of oxalate was measured with the chromotropic acid colorimetry, potassium chromate oxidating methyl red method and the zirconium-msenazo Ⅲ complex colorimetry.The accuracy and reproducibility of them were assessed. Results The accuracy and reproducibility of potassium chromate oxidating methyl red method and the zirconium-arsenazo Ⅲ complex colorimetry are better than the chromotropic acid clolorimetry. Conclusion Potassium chromate oxidating methyl red method and the zirconium-amenazoⅢ complex colorimetry are suited for the analysis of the urinary oxalate. Potassium chromate oxidafing methyl red method appears to be the method of choice over the zirconium-amenazloⅢ compile colorimetry for estinmating the urinary oxalate with a small sample due to a better accuracy, whereas the zirconium-aresenazoⅢ complex calorimetry may be better suited for the big sample for its good stability.
